宜蘭捕魚世家出身的店主人，吃過最新鮮的魚貨，自然也喜愛海鮮類豐富的日本料理，同時對食材的新鮮度也十分要求。另一方面，店主人也是藝術品的收藏家，卻不只滿足於收藏，更樂於分享。於是一間擺滿了藝術品的和食料理就此誕生。

主人結合了養生、藝術、家廚三大概念經營此間餐廳，在空間設計採用了多種「圓」的造型元素，除了表達日式禪意與餐廳的名稱外，對於主人也具深遠意義。

以圓出發的空間意境，從戶外的圓招、入口處的半圓形高櫃、室內挖有圓洞崁竹子的隔屏，以至室內各種造型的圓形吊燈，為整體長形的空間增潻了層次及韻味。
