2012年世界建築節（world architecture festival）住宅類入圍的作品來自 a21studĩo位於越南胡志明市的住宅兼辦公室——A21house。
A21house的場地非常緊張，沿街面寬只有1.5米。建築處在一條街道的盡頭，兩側相鄰的建築物高達，這為建築的通風與採光帶來了不小的挑戰。建築師把建築設想成一個可以享受到自然的籠子，部分開放式的結構解決了以上的問題，不僅捕捉到了陽光還有自然風和雨水。
A21house的屋頂尖角被削去，產生的三角形作為可開啟的天窗有效地引入了自然光照。在建築的一角種植了一顆楊桃樹，樹木穿過二層的木地板直達三層空間。坐在餐廳便可以傾聽到葉片在風中沙沙作響，感覺清新極了！
